Job summary

TEKenable is seeking a CRM Executive to join its commercial operations team in Ireland. The role focuses on administering and improving the client relationship management platform, ensuring data quality and driving CRM adoption across the business.

The ideal candidate will manage data accuracy, support users, and collaborate with stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions within a professional services environment. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• CRM experience with Microsoft Dynamics essential.
• Advanced Excel skills and data management.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to explain systems to non-technical users.
• GDPR/data governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of the CRM platform.
• Create, maintain and update client, contact and company records.
• Provide first-line support to CRM users and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with user onboarding and adoption initiatives.
• Support data imports/exports and bulk updates.
• Produce reports, dashboards and data extracts.
• Promote CRM best practices and user engagement.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and data governance.
