Job summary

The Health Service Executive in Ireland is seeking a permanent CRM and data governance specialist within the Technology and Transformation team, based at Dublin.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working with CRM platforms with responsibility for data accuracy.
• Extensive experience using analytics and reporting tools (BI tools) to track KPIs and drive improvements.
• Experience with data governance across CRM programmes and multiple teams.
• Strong communication, organisation and documentation skills.
