Job summary

Archer in Dublin is seeking a Dynamics 365 Integration Engineer to lead greenfield projects, designing and delivering integrations across CRM, ERP and back-office systems.

You will work hands-on with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, shaping a scalable integration layer and ensuring seamless data flows to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Hybrid working is offered with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally Customer Service and/or Field Service.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, REST, web services and system-to-system integrations.
• Experience with Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of Dynamics 365 integration projects from design through to delivery.
• Hands-on technical work across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Ability to build integrations and connect multiple business-critical systems.
• Involvement in greenfield projects with real scope to influence technical decisions.
