Job summary

Archer in Dublin is hiring a Dynamics 365 Specialist to own key Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions in a greenfield project. You will drive digital transformation, system integration and process automation across sales, pricing, billing and customer operations.

You will work hands-on across Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service, leveraging Power Apps and Power Automate to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dynamics 365 experience (Customer Service / Field Service).
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and the wider Power Platform.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Own Dynamics 365 solutions end-to-end, from design to delivery.
• Develop integrations and automation to streamline processes.
• Support data migration and ensure seamless system integration.
