Job summary

ATC (part of Arvato) seeks a Microsoft D365 Developer to build and tailor Dynamics 365 modules, leveraging Power Platform, Canvas Apps and Power Automate. You’ll work across stakeholders to collect requirements, design solutions, and deliver end‑to‑end deployments in a hybrid setup based in Dublin or nearby hubs.

The role requires 4–5 years in D365/ERP development, hands‑on Power Platform experience, and strong data modelling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4‑5 years of experience in D365 development or ERP development.
• Experience in technical ERP/TMS roles, not end-user.
• Proven experience in 2‑3 full‑ lifecycle ERP/TMS implementations.
• Hands‑on with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Power Automate, model‑driven apps).
• Able to liaise between tech teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and customise Dynamics 365 modules to enhance business processes.
• Design and implement solutions using Power Platform tools (Canvas Apps, Power Automate, model‑driven apps).
• Gather requirements and translate into technical specifications.
• Utilise no‑code/low‑code development to create scalable solutions.
• Write and maintain code using JavaScript and PowerFX.
• Integrate D365 with ERP systems; provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
• Stay updated with Power Platform and Dynamics 365 trends and best practices.
• Own end‑to‑end rollout of solutions, ensuring deployment and user adoption.
