Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Dynamics 365 Integration Engineer to lead integration projects across system integration, automation and digital transformation. This role focuses on connecting Dynamics 365 with Power Platform and other business systems to streamline processes in sales, pricing, billing and customer operations.

You will own key integration projects, work hands-on with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service, and design and implement APIs and data

Qualifications

Hands-on Dynamics 365 experience, ideally Customer Service and Field Service.
Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs and data flows.
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and the wider Power Platform.
Knowledge of data migration and connecting multiple business applications.
A practical, solution-focused mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver reliable integrations.

Responsibilities

Design, build and implement integrations between business systems.
Connect applications to streamline processes across sales, pricing, billing and customer operations.
Work with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service and Power Platform.
Explore APIs, data migration and process automation.
