Food Surplus Management (FSM) is seeking a Transport Coordinator to help manage nationwide food-surplus collections. The role involves planning scheduled collections, deliveries and routes, and maintaining transport records while collaborating with drivers and customers across the business.
Working with the Transport Manager, you will ensure timely collections, produce transport reports, and uphold high levels of customer service while identifying efficiency improvements.

Food Surplus Management is seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator to help manage our nationwide food‑surplus collection operation.
Working closely with the Transport Manager, the Transport Coordinator will plan scheduled collections, deliveries and transport routes, ensuring customers receive a reliable and efficient service. You will also maintain transport records, support operational reporting and communicate regularly with drivers, customers and colleagues across the business.
This is a busy role requiring strong organisation, clear communication and the ability to solve problems quickly.
You will ideally have:
FSM recovers 100% of the food surplus it collects for use within the biogas industry and was one of the first companies in Ireland to introduce CNG vehicles into its fleet.
