Job summary

CNPLaw LLP is seeking experienced associates to join its expanding Corporate Advisory team in Singapore. You will support partners on cross-border transactions, draft and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements, and conduct due diligence to identify key risks.

The role requires 3–6 years of PQE with strong drafting, negotiation and regulatory skills. Mandarin is a valued advantage in client interactions and business development efforts.

Qualifications

• PQE of 3–6 years at a reputable law firm.
• Experience in advising on and executing M&A and commercial agreements.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and regulatory advisory skills.
• Mandarin language is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate partners on a diverse portfolio of domestic and cross-border transactions from inception to completion.
• Draft, review and negotiate corporate documentation including share/asset sale agreements, shareholders' agreements, JV and subscription agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal due diligence and identify key risks and recommendations.
• Perform legal research and analysis on Singapore law and regulatory framework.
• Participate in business development activities, including client pitches and seminars.
