Job summary

Total Talent Solutions is seeking an Insurance Account Executive in Little Island, Cork. The role focuses on handling inquiries, guiding customers through product options, and closing sales across a broad range of insurance products.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of insurance experience, AP A qualification, and a proactive, adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment. On-site in Cork with strong IT skills and knowledge of Relay/Applied preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferably have a strong background in sales or customer service.
• Minimum of 1 year's relevant insurance experience.
• Compliance with Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements, APA (Personal General Insurance) qualification at minimum, with willingness to pursue further certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team manager on call flows and call volume management.
• Handle web enquiries and close sales across a broad range of products.
• Guide customers through the sales journey, communicating product benefits and cover options.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and close sales.
• Support the team manager in executing targeted campaigns to boost sales.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and resolve queries or issues.
