Job summary

Sherpa Kids in Ireland offers Before School, After School and Holiday Club programmes at schools, delivering fun, structured activities for national-aged children.

We are seeking energetic, reliable staff to supervise activities, assist with homework, and help run indoor and outdoor games while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment. Garda vetting and two written references are required before starting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year).
• Basic knowledge of child development.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting

Responsibilities

• Supervise children during activities and free play
• Assist with homework and educational tasks
• Engaging in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day
• Assist with games, crafts, and group activities
• Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
