Job summary

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to provide comprehensive support across departments and ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality stay. You will work closely with the management team to run daily hotel operations, supervise front-of-house teams, manage guest feedback, and assist in training and developing F&B staff, with shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisor or management role within the hospitality industry is required.
• The ideal candidate must be available to work both day and evening shifts.
• The ideal candidate must be able to work any five days per week including weekends and public holidays.
• High level of spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the wider management team to assist with the daily running of the Hotel, ensuring the delivery of excellent guest service from all operational departments.
• Work alongside the floor teams during a variety of functions and give direction to ensure a smooth and consistent delivery of service.
• Ensure any customer complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
• Have full knowledge of the Hotel and all its departments.
• Supervise and provide support to the front of house teams daily.
• Ensure that all customers receive the highest quality of service.
• Assist in the management, training, and development of all the F&B teams, ensuring objectives are regularly monitored and achieved.
• Assist with performance management issues, ensuring they are always dealt with efficiently and professionally.
