Job summary

MrPRICE Enniscorthy is seeking a Full-Time Store Management candidate to assist the Store/Assistant Manager with daily duties and lead the team to uphold company standards. The role includes maintaining a great store appearance, communicating merchandising plans, and ensuring health & safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will have retail experience, flexibility to work 5 days out of 7, and a willingness to participate in on-the-job training. A supportive, team-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred (supervisor: 1 year; retail: 2 years preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store/Assistant Manager with daily management duties.
• Keep the store visually appealing and in line with company standards.
• Communicate merchandising plans to the store team.
• Manage opening and closing procedures.
• Lead and motivate the team to maintain morale.
• Ensure cleanliness, merchandising standards and health & safety compliance.
• Handle cash and till operations.

Role Involves

• Assisting Store/Assistant Manager in the daily management duties of the store.
• Visually ensuring the store looks great and is operating to company standards at all times.

• Ensuring high store standards of cleanliness, merchandising and compliance with health & safety.
