Job summary

Centra Curragh Grange in Ireland is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure the store runs efficiently and delivers outstanding customer service and fresh food offerings in a clean, safe environment. To deliver on key store targets (sales and profitability) through effective management of people and operations.

You will drive sales through strong leadership, implement planograms, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced grocery setting, while supporting the Store Manager and training the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Experience balancing cash/tills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good delegation skills.
• Highly driven with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Main duties:
