Medtronic plc in Galway, Ireland, seeks a Dutch-speaking ER coordinator to support the Benelux region. You will partner with ER teams, managers and Compliance to deliver neutral, confidential HR services and advise on entry-level employee relations issues, while promoting a positive culture and minimizing risk.

This role involves case management, termination processes, restructuring support, and data handling with strict confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• ER COE project coordination and support in case management (disciplinary actions, terminations, investigations).
• Manage records for programs and processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Execute terminations and provide managers with exit materials, coaching on process and system navigation.
• Support organizational restructurings and reductions in force; liaise with offboarding teams.
• Prepare employee packets, notification letters, separation agreements, and initiate outplacement requests.
• Answer employee questions on policies; refer to resources as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling highly sensitive HR data.
