Job summary

Kilsaran is seeking a Site Manager to oversee all on-site precast installation activities, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality. You will lead installation crews, coordinate with main contractors, and maintain high standards of workmanship in line with company procedures.

Key responsibilities include planning on-site works, MS/RAMS review, toolbox talks, crane coordination, and QA/QC oversight. Strong leadership and drawing-reading skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' site management experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple crews and crane operations.
• Strong reading of technical drawings and tol­erance control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all precast installation works on site.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
• Review and implement MS and RAMS.
• Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks.
• Manage installation crews, crane operations, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Main Contractor's site team on sequencing and crane access.
• Oversee QA/QC checks and sign-off prior to grouting/pours.
• Maintain site records, daily reports, and installation logs.
• Monitor progress and flag delays; support improvements with design/logistics teams.
