Job summary

Pivotal Recruitment Limited has partnered with a well-established construction business delivering high-quality projects across Dublin. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a project, lead site operations and collaborate with a seasoned project team on a high-profile development.

The role involves driving the project from start to finish, managing the programme, quality, H&S, and coordination of subcontractors while ensuring day-to-day site activities run smoothly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site management experience on construction projects.
• Strong track record delivering projects on time and to high standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site teams and suppliers.
• Drive the construction programme and ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and site logistics.
• Monitor workmanship and maintain high quality standards.
• Ensure health & safety and environmental compliance.
• Review drawings and construction details to resolve issues.
• Work with Project Manager, design team and client representatives.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Manage snagging and ensure works are completed to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate site records and project documentation.
