Job summary

The Ivy Dublin on Dawson Street is seeking a confident Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and deliver exceptional service in a vibrant all-day dining setting.

You will build and manage an efficient team, maintain high standards, and drive guest satisfaction while supporting a dynamic and welcoming environment. The role offers a €50,000 annual salary, plus rewards and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant/FOH management.
• Ability to oversee and support a team of managers and front-of-house operations.
• Excellent English language skills and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to the highest standards.
• Lead and develop an efficient front-of-house team to meet business objectives.

Key elements of your role as Restaurant Manager:

• To provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times to the highest standards, leading by example.
• To build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business.
• To develop a learning culture and to ensure that all team members feel valued and rewarded.
• To manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards, giving regular feedback and appraisals
• To ensure all guest requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
• Analyse Mystery Diner reports and communicate them back to your team, finding ways to improve and learn.

About you:

• You have 2 years + experience in this position
• You have the experience and skills to oversee and support a team of managers, as well as the entire front of house operation.
• You love to wow guests with exceptional service, and you can cope well under pressure during a busy service.
• You have excellent English language skills
