The Ivy Asia is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our vibrant front-of-house team in Dublin. You will ensure a warm, professional welcome for all guests and assist with inquiries about the restaurant and current specials.

You will promptly and accurately communicate allergen concerns to the kitchen and help our team deliver exceptional guest experiences. We offer competitive pay, a structured Management Career Development Program, extra holiday allowances after five years, a 50% staff

Key elements of your role as Receptionist will include ensuring our guests receive a warm and professional welcome when they arrive, as well as a fond farewell when they leave. You will be able to offer information to our guests on the restaurant or any specials that may be on offer. You’ll relay any allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately.

About you: You love to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with your professionalism. You have excellent English language skills and feel confident dealing with guest and team member needs.
