Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or eligible for registration.
• 2–3 years post-registration experience.
• Post-registration training in dementia care and/or gerontology is desirable.
• Ability to work in Ireland and in a care-home setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering care within the home and support the ongoing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each resident’s care.
• Audit care plans to ensure they reflect residents’ needs and remain appropriate.
• Ensure all complaints are managed according to company policies and procedures.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation and activities that respect their dignity.
• Support the Clinical Care Manager in maintaining high standards of clinical care.
