Job summary

PlayStation in Dublin seeks an Engineering Services Support Engineer to be the go-to technology support contact for a growing software development team. You will own local IT environment operations, support Windows 11 and Mac OS, and expand your Linux skills while collaborating with the Bristol IT team.

Qualifications

• Experience in service desk, desktop support or IT support environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Windows/Mac troubleshooting and network fundamentals.
• Interest in DevOps tools, automation and development kits is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own first- and second-line IT support for Dublin colleagues from initial contact to resolution.
• Manage incidents and requests in the service desk, ensuring tickets are up-to-date and prioritized.
• Maintain and organize development kits, asset records and device lifecycle for the Dublin office.
• Coordinate with Bristol IT team, escalating to Infrastructure when needed and contributing to service improvement.
