• Minimum of 3 years qualified with a strong CRE transactions background.
• Understanding banking and security transaction requirements.
• Excellent drafting skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commercial focus, business acumen and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a portfolio of CRE client transactions and projects.
• Collaborate with the CRE, planning, infrastructural and energy teams.
• Handle acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant matters for CRE.
• Manage property-related documentation and security packages within CRE.
