Qualifications

3–7 years post-qualification experience.
Strong academic background.
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
Commercially focused with client-centric approach.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end commercial real estate transactions including high value acquisitions, disposals and financings.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documents.
Advise clients on strategic property matters, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
Lead due diligence processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Develop and nurture client relationships as a trusted advisor.
Stay abreast of market trends and legislative changes to provide proactive advice.
Contribute to business development through pitches and networking.
Mentor and support junior team members.
