Job summary

Axiom Hospitality Limited is opening two brand-new hotels in Dublin in May 2027 and seeks a Dual site People & Culture Manager to lead HR across both properties. You will drive pre-opening recruitment, embed Axiom values with Marriott brand standards, and partner with the Cluster General Manager on people matters.

The role requires strong HR leadership and a track record of building capable teams. You’ll oversee induction, training, payroll and employee relations, ensuring engagement, wellbeing

Qualifications

3+ years as HR Manager in a branded hotel environment (Marriott brands preferred).
Pre-opening and/or multi-property or cluster HR experience is desirable.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-opening recruitment for two hotels and onboard teams.
Shape people culture aligned with brand standards from day one.
Advise Cluster GM on people matters and RR perspectives.
Design induction, training and development across both properties.
Manage employee relations with fairness and consistency, coaching managers.
