Job summary

Fannin is seeking a Delivery Driver to organise and schedule deliveries and collections of medical equipment across the Leinster area. You will assemble and demonstrate equipment at customer sites and keep the delivery van clean and in good condition.

You will attend training courses, comply with EHS and regulatory requirements, and work with cross-functional teams. You must have a full clean driving license and good verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full, clean driving licence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Organising and scheduling of deliveries and collections of medical equipment.
• Assemble and demonstrate equipment at customer sites.
• Ensure delivery van is clean and in good condition.
• Attend required training courses.
• Comply with EHS, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams as needed.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Contact clients prior to each delivery and collection.
• Liaise with office on delivery/collection issues.

Qualifications And Experience

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• A full, clean driving License
• Previous experience in a similar role
• MS Office skills desirable
• Pleasant, confident manner and good verbal and written communications skills
• Articulate, courteous with a friendly manner
• Capability of working on own initiative without close supervision as well as a member of a team
• Strong internal & external customer focus
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage a multitasking environment

Other Information

• Occasional requirements to work beyond normal working hours and to travel to other Fannin sites will be expected.
• You will be expected to attend internal & external training courses
• Excellent remuneration package commensurate with experience will apply
