Job summary

SGS Ireland is recruiting a Verification Officer for Santry NDLS Centre. You will process driving licence applications, verify documents, and ensure high standards of customer service in a regulated NDLS environment.

Reporting to the Regional Supervisor, you will also complete training, maintain records, and comply with SGS policies, ensuring accurate data handling and a professional, safety-conscious approach.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate and/or FETAC 5 skills certificate or greater.
• Fluency in English – excellent documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process driving licence applications within defined timeframes while ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Verify identity, documents and NDLS Front Office data in line with SOPs and NDLSFO rules.
• Ensure compliance with Front Office Solution and Dual Screen Technology.
• Complete training records and adhere to company policies, health and safety requirements.
