Job summary

Dublin Simon Community is seeking a Giving Acquisition & Retention Specialist to lead multi-channel donor programs from Dublin office. You will plan, execute, and optimise campaigns to recruit new regular givers and cash supporters, reporting on performance and impact.

You will work with external partners, manage timelines, and analyse data to hit growth targets while maintaining GDPR compliance and fundraising standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fundraising, Marketing or Business with a track record of growth and income targets.
• Hands-on experience delivering multi-channel campaigns and revenue including Digital, telemarketing, F2F, etc.
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and optimise results.
• Experience managing with agencies and suppliers.
• Strong data analysis and campaign reporting tools.
• Forecast multi-channel acquisition and retention budgets to meet income targets.
• Ensure communications adhere to data protection regulation and fundraising codes of practice.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Manager in developing and delivering Dublin Simon Community's 5-year strategy to grow supporter base and income.
• Identify and test new acquisition opportunities and fundraising products to grow regular giving and cash donors.
• Drive planning, scheduling, and execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, direct mail, telemarketing, F2F, etc).
• Manage relationships, SLAs, and campaign delivery with external stakeholders and partners.
• Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly, tracking metrics like CAC, ROI, conversion, retention, and LTV.
• Deliver post-campaign analytics reports and dashboards, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities.
