Job summary

Dublin Simon Community is seeking an experienced fundraising and business development leader to head corporate partnerships in Dublin. You will drive income growth, open major corporate relationships, and lead a small team to deliver against ambitious targets.

You will build strategic partnerships, manage a robust pipeline, and ensure governance across operations while engaging cross-organisation stakeholders to maximise impact for people facing homelessness.

Qualifications

• Experienced fundraiser or business development leader with ability to meet ambitious income targets and grow corporate fundraising through a strong pipeline.
• Proven track record in high-value acquisition and major partnership development.
• Strong networking and relationship management with donors, corporate prospects and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Corporate Partnerships team to deliver on income targets and growth strategies.
• Develop and execute a proactive pipeline strategy to engage existing and new corporate partners.
• Identify, open and progress high-value relationships and convert opportunities into long-term support.
• Oversee governance and best practices across corporate partnership operations.
• Drive events and campaigns to maximise corporate income and donor engagement.
