Royal Irish Academy of Music (RIAM) seeks a Development Manager – Individual Giving to grow RIAM’s donor portfolio and income in line with the 2026-2030 Strategy. You will lead targeted fundraising activities, steward relationships with Friends, Legacy and donors, and contribute to capital campaigns with the Head of Development and Director.

Qualifications

• Hold a third level qualification in a relevant discipline and/or professional qualification.
• Demonstrate experience in fundraising, business development or stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Strategic planning with the Head of Development to develop priority projects requiring philanthropic and sponsorship support.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure donations from a range of sources with emphasis on growing individual giving.
• Agree and meet annual targets around income, stewardship and engaging prospects.
• Develop prospect lists, marketing materials, proposals and other assets.
• Plan and host campus visits and engagement events for Friends, Legacy and Individual supporters.
