Job summary

Capuchin Day Centre is seeking a Donor Care and Engagement specialist to strengthen supporter relationships and drive sustainable income in Dublin. You will work with the Donor Care and Engagement Specialist to ensure supporters feel valued, informed and connected to the impact of their contributions.

You will contribute to CRM development, data management and the organisation’s social media presence, while prioritising inclusive, respectful engagement with diverse communities in need.

Qualifications

• Experience in donor care, individual giving, supporter engagement or similar relationship-focused roles.
• Motivation to build meaningful supporter relationships and contribute to mission.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse supporters.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive experience across individual, community and corporate supporters.
• Support activity to strengthen supporter retention and build long-term relationships.
