Job summary

Waystone, a leading asset-servicing provider in Ireland, is seeking a Distribution Support Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the Distribution Support team. This client-facing role requires close collaboration across regions to execute asset management distribution activities within a clear regulatory framework.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework for EEA distribution.
• Experience with UCITS and AIFs is preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience supporting asset managers or fund services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding calls with clients to ensure a smooth transition.
• Lead regular meetings with clients to ensure service delivery targets are met.
• Collaborate with product specialists to perform jurisdictional analyses and investor classifications.
• Manage the approval process for clients’ marketing materials.
• Ensure adherence to policies and regulatorily required records and MIS reporting.
