Job summary

GAM Administration Ireland Limited seeks a Senior Client Service Operations Manager to lead onboarding, servicing and governance for distributors and platforms. You will drive efficient onboarding, strengthen controls and deliver a high‑quality client experience across GAM’s distribution partner network.

The role interfaces with Sales, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, Operations and external providers, aiming for operational excellence and scalable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within asset management, fund distribution or client servicing.
• Strong understanding of fund distribution models and intermediary relationships.
• Experience with transfer agents, ManCos and outsourced service providers.
• Knowledge of distribution agreements and trailer fee arrangements.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate distribution onboarding calls with FundRock and internal stakeholders, ensuring accountability and progress.
• Translate commercial requirements from Sales into regulatory requirements for FundRock and others.
• Coordinate third-party introducer arrangements and related activities with Legal and service providers.
• Act as a key contact for distributor onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Ensure fee schedules reflect agreed commercial arrangements and trailer fees.
• Support distributor, agent and platform queries; assist with fee reconciliations and reporting.
• Review and validate introducer estimates, invoices and reporting extracts.
• Contribute to governance, remediation actions and continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate distributor communications on fund/product changes and initiatives.
