Job summary

Deutsche Börse Group, via Clearstream Fund Centre AG, is seeking an Analyst in Distribution to manage relationships with key global clients and onboard new business. You will join the Platform Management team within Platform Operations to become the first point of contact and ensure delivery against KPIs.

The role requires 1–2 years in B2B client servicing, a bachelor’s degree in a finance/business/science field, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience servicing B2B partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in financial, business or science field.
• Good understanding of financial services, banking or asset management; fund distribution exposure is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with assigned key clients and ensure service delivery per KPIs.
• Coordinate with Client Service, Asset Manager Network, Sales and IT.
• Support development and optimization of internal Platform Operations processes.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to team members in Zurich, Singapore and Cork.
