Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site operational leadership in premium bars, restaurants or hospitality groups.
• Direct experience opening new venues, ideally more than one, from build through to trading.
• Full P&L ownership at group or regional level.
• Strong command of Irish licensing, employment and compliance requirements, or the ability to get there quickly.
