Job summary

Louis Fitzgerald Group is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee and support the development of Suburban Dublin Pubs. The role offers a package of up to €80,000 plus bonus for the right candidate.

You will lead and develop management teams, drive sales and service targets, and identify opportunities to improve local engagement across South Dublin venues. A hands-on, practical approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Food & Beverage experience in pubs.
• 10 years experience in hospitality with strong knowledge of Irish hospitality.
• Track record in improving standards, service and operational performance.
• Hands-on, practical and solutions-focused approach.
• Willingness to work across South Dublin venues, including evenings, weekends and key trading periods

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing management teams and wider venue teams
• Assisting venues in achieving agreed sales, labour, margin, stock and service targets
• Identifying opportunities to improve service, increase trade and strengthen local customer engagement
• Supporting promotions, events, seasonal activity and local business initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, food safety, health and safety, employment and company standards
• Provide hands-on support

A package of up to €80,000 plus bonus available for right candidate.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong Food & Beverage experience in pubs

• 10 years experience working in the hospitality industry with strong knowledge of Irish hospitality

• A strong track record in improving standards, service and operational performance

• A hands-on, practical and solutions-focused approach

• Flexibility to work across South Dublin venues, including evenings, weekends and key trading periods when required

You will know how to get the best from General Managers and their teams, creating a culture of accountability, support and high standards.
