Sunblink Ltd-GRN in Ireland, a high‑volume manufacturing business, seeks a Director of Business Performance to bridge Finance, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain and Planning. You will own the performance framework, linking tenders, pricing and capacity to EBITDA, while guiding inventory and cost control.

You will partner with the MD and senior leaders to ensure commercially viable decisions are executable, driving sustainable profitability and strategic growth across functions.

Qualifications

• This role requires senior experience across Finance, Operations, Sales and Planning as a business performance leader.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate operational drivers into profitability.
• Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing or high-volume, tight-margin environments.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial.

Responsabilités

• Own the overall business performance framework, connecting commercial opportunities with capacity, inventory and cost.
• Collaborate with the MD and senior leaders to ensure commercially viable and deliverable decisions.
• Lead Planning and Inventory Control to meet service levels while optimizing production capacity.
• Lead tender assessments, pricing strategies and EBITDA-focused decision making.
• Support strategic direction and continuous improvement across the business.
