Job summary

The Panel, a leading global funds and asset servicing organisation, appoints a Director of Financial Reporting to lead the delivery of fund financial reporting for a diverse international client portfolio. The role is based in Dublin and entails strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of the Financial Reporting function.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in fund administration, asset servicing or financial reporting.
• Proven track record managing large financial reporting teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Extensive experience with IFRS, US GAAP and Lux GAAP.
• Deep knowledge of fund structures including Mutual Funds, UCITS, Hedge Funds and Private Markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Financial Reporting function and oversee annual and semi-annual statements.
• Lead and develop senior managers and reporting teams across jurisdictions.
• Act as escalation point for complex accounting, regulatory, audit and client matters.
• Governance across IFRS, US GAAP, Lux GAAP and other reporting frameworks.
• Build relationships with investment managers, boards, auditors, regulators and clients.
• Drive service excellence, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Lead transformation initiatives and automate processes.
• Support growth, onboarding of new clients and product expansion.
• Champion accountability, continuous improvement and talent development.
