Job summary

The Panel is seeking a Director of Fund Accounting in Dublin to lead NAV production, pricing and control for EMEA. The role offers exposure to a flagship client, oversight of onboarding, launches and conversions, and leadership of large, high-performing teams across a global matrix organization.

You will build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, partner with Product, Technology and Risk, and drive automation and data-enabled improvements while maintaining a strong control

Qualifications

• Deep fund accounting expertise across mutual funds, ETFs and alternative structures.
• Experience leading large operational teams and building a culture of accountability.
• Proven ability to influence senior client stakeholders and work across a global matrix organisation.
• Strong control and risk mindset with sharp analytical skills.
• Comfort presenting to senior leadership and guiding teams through change.
• Professional qualification such as CFA/ACCA/CPA is a plus.

We’re partnering with a leading global financial services group to appoint a Director of Fund Accounting in Dublin. This is a senior, highly visible role leading EMEA Fund Accounting Operations for one of the major global asset managers in the world.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll lead large, high-performing teams responsible for NAV production, pricing, controls and client deliverables, acting as the regional accountable executive for this flagship client. You’ll build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, partner with global Product, Technology, Risk and Middle Office teams, and oversee onboarding, fund launches and conversions. You’ll also strengthen the control environment, manage audit interactions, act as the senior escalation point for complex issues, and champion automation, data and AI-enabled ways of working.

What you’ll bring

• Deep fund accounting expertise across mutual funds, ETFs and alternative structures, including NAV production, valuation and complex instruments
• A track record of leading large operational teams and building a culture of accountability
• Proven ability to influence senior client stakeholders and work across a global matrix organisation
• A strong control and risk mindset, with sharp analytical skills
• Confidence presenting to senior leadership and leading teams through change
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar; CFA, ACCA, CPA or another professional qualification is a plus
