Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking a senior associate to lead fund reporting engagements, review financial statements and manage client deliverables. You will coach junior staff, coordinate project plans and ensure high-quality outputs across regulatory reporting.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CPA qualifications and 4–5 years in investment fund reporting. You will work with cutting-edge tools like Geneva, Investran and OneStream, and apply AI-enabled processes with proper controls and data privacy.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of investment fund financial reporting experience and team leadership.
• Experience coordinating projects and managing client deliverables for 1–2 years.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and Lux GAAP.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills; ability to handle tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of AI risks, data privacy and responsible-use requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of fund reporting engagements and allocate work.
• Review financial statements, disclosures and schedules for completeness and consistency.
• Manage project plans, deadlines, trackers and client communications.
• Coach team members on fund reporting requirements and review standards.
• Embed AI use cases into recurring workflows with proper human review.
