Job summary

Iceberg is seeking a senior leader to define and drive the enterprise Identity Trust strategy. You will own how identity is used as a security control across the organisation, working with technology, architecture and the wider business to establish a consistent trust posture.

You will lead initiatives around non-human identities, AI agents, identity threat detection and risk-based policy, while ensuring resilience and scalability of identity services during transformation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise identity or digital trust in a large organisation.
• Strong technical understanding of authentication, authorisation and identity governance.
• Experience with identity threat detection, identity intelligence and risk-based policy.
• Proven ability to set strategy and deliver practical solutions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Technology and Security.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise Identity Trust strategy.
• Own end-to-end identity usage as a security control across the organisation.
• Collaborate across Technology, Architecture, Engineering and the business to align identity approach.
• Develop approaches for non-human/machine identities, AI agents and autonomous systems.
• Ensure resilience and scalability of critical identity services during transformation.
