Job summary

GCS Recruitment Specialists seeks a Senior IAM/PAM Architect to lead design, implementation and governance of enterprise-wide identity and privileged access solutions in a secure, complex environment. The role requires deep expertise with Microsoft identity technologies, IGA, PAM and Zero Trust, plus hands-on work across AD, Entra ID, PIM, CA and MFA in a hybrid Dublin setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a senior IAM/identity-focused role within a large enterprise.
• Hands-on with AD, Azure AD, Group Policy, DNS, and PAM technologies.
• Experience designing hybrid identity environments and implementing Zero Trust architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the IAM and PAM architecture strategy across the organisation.
• Design, deploy and secure Microsoft identity platforms, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS and privileged identities.
• Develop identity lifecycle processes covering Joiners, Movers and Leavers (JML), access governance, recertification and audit requirements.
• Implement and optimise RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access and modern authentication solutions.
• Lead PAM initiatives including privileged account onboarding, credential vaulting, session monitoring and access request workflows.
• Integrate IAM/PAM capabilities with HR, ITSM and enterprise security platforms.
• Support compliance, risk and audit activities through robust identity governance and reporting.
• Provide senior technical leadership and guidance on identity security and Zero Trust best practices.
