Job summary

Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) is seeking a CRC Director of Clinical Research Nurse Education, Senior Clinical Research Nurse to lead education for the CRC team at Beaumont Hospital. You will plan and deliver GCP training, CRC courses, and scenario training while providing nursing management and governance guidance for clinical research studies.

You will update content, maintain accreditation, and support induction in the CRC, driving education excellence across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher study level.
• Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing education planning and delivery of GCP and CRC courses.
• Update course content to reflect legislation and guidelines.
• Mentor and supervise CRC nurses and coordinate education activities.
• Provide governance guidance and participate in ethics and study approvals.
