Job summary

Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) invites applications for an Irish Dementia Registry Manager to lead the IDR development within NOCA's Audit Management function. You will coordinate registry development, governance, data quality, and stakeholder engagement, working with clinical leaders, data specialists and healthcare providers to deliver high-quality national dementia data assets.

The role reports to the Head of Audit Management and offers an opportunity to drive health service

Responsibilities

• Coordinate establishment and lead the implementation of new national registry programmes.
• Develop datasets, quality indicators and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to data collection processes, data quality procedures and user documentation.
• Engage stakeholders and ensure ethical, legal and operational registry requirements.
• Lead governance committees and ensure patient/public involvement where appropriate.
• Plan training, deployment and onboarding of registry users.
• Monitor data quality, support ongoing registry improvements and analytics.
