Job summary

Mastercard Developers is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy for Mastercard's agentic developer tooling and API catalog in an AI-driven era. You will work across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to turn bets into programs with clear owners and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes building what we ship, defining how developers discover and use tools, and aligning cross-functional teams around a shared commercialization hypothesis.

Qualifications

• Seasoned product-builder with delivery chops on developer platforms or API products.
• Strong grasp of AI tooling ecosystem and how developers use AI assistants.
• Experience shaping GTM or working with Sales/Marketing on technical products.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for agentic developer tooling and API catalog readiness.
• Partner with Strategy and Product teams to position in the agentic channel.
• Represent Developer Experience in cross-functional GTM discussions on packaging, pricing, and distribution.
• Align stakeholders on commercialization hypotheses and run small design-partner tests.
• Set and track clear success metrics with formal reporting structures.
