Würth Ireland, a leading distributor of 8,000+ industrial products with a strong presence in Limerick, seeks a Direct Sales Marketing Support professional. You will help drive marketing initiatives, manage campaigns and optimize the Speedy sales system to support sales enablement.

You will collaborate with Sales Managers and internal teams, create promotional materials and ensure branding consistency across channels, with a focus on growth and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Sales/marketing experience in a similar B2B role with proven results.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and compliance awareness.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and CRM/marketing platforms.
• Experience using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
• Curious, analytical and collaborative with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Sales Reporting/Sales Performance Analysis is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Marketing, Direct Sales Lead and internal teams on marketing strategies.
• Plan, coordinate and execute promotional events and campaigns (traditional and digital).
• Attend events to facilitate delivery and ensure campaigns run smoothly.
• Communicate marketing campaigns across platforms to maximise reach and engagement.
• Create marketing materials such as newsletters, presentations and incentive updates.
• Prepare, format and edit documents to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure materials align with branding guidelines.
• Manage and update the Speedy sales system to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Utilise the system as a marketing and sales enablement tool.
• Create and interpret reports to support performance tracking.
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to support departmental activities.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of brand and products.
