Partner Company, via Jobgether SRL, seeks a Direct Response Video Editor in Ireland to produce short-form ads for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. You will transform user-generated content and founder-led footage into conversion-focused assets and write compelling ad copy.

You will collaborate with growth and creative teams, test multiple hooks, and leverage AI tools to speed ideation, editing, and production while maintaining quality and on-brand messaging.

Qualificações

• At least two years editing direct response video ads for DTC brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating paid social video advertising and performance storytelling.
• Experience designing static ad creatives for Meta campaigns.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop for static assets.
• Knowledge of hooks, CTAs and conversion-focused storytelling.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway or Pika.

Responsabilidades

• Direct response video editing for Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms, prioritizing engagement and conversion.
• Edit user-generated content, testimonials, product demos, and founder-led videos into compelling ads.
• Develop multiple hook variations and messaging angles to support testing.

• Write or adapt scripts and ad copy to communicate product benefits.
• Create high-converting static creatives for paid social campaigns.
• Use templates and systems to produce consistent, on-brand assets.
• Organize and manage assets for efficient production.
• Collaborate with strategists and growth teams to align concepts with goals.
• Incorporate feedback to improve performance and velocity.
