Job summary

Engage People Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager in South Dublin to lead digitisation and technology-enabled business transformation initiatives. This onsite role (3 days per week in South Dublin) focuses on moving from manual, paper-based processes to digital solutions, automation, data, and improved ways of working.

The role involves planning, executing, and delivering tech-driven change, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring projects deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technology, digital transformation or digitisation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digitisation and technology transformation projects from scoping to implementation and post-project review.
• Identify opportunities to digitise, automate and streamline existing processes.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones and resource requirements.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal technology teams, business stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Translate business requirements into clear project deliverables and technical outcomes.
• Support evaluation and implementation of digital platforms, workflow solutions and automation tools.
• Ensure testing, user acceptance, training and change management activities are included in project plans.
• Provide regular project reporting to senior stakeholders, highlighting progress and dependencies.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure strong adoption and measurable business benefits.
