Job summary

Primark Stores Limited is seeking a Change Manager to plan and deliver end-to-end change across a Digital Transformation programme. You will work with business, technology and cross-functional teams to embed new processes, systems and ways of working.

The role focuses on readiness, adoption and benefits realisation across multiple projects and releases. You will lead change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, communications and training planning, with experience in Agile or Waterfall

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in Change Management or Transformation roles.
• Experience delivering change across multiple projects or a medium-sized programme.
• Hands-on experience performing Change Impact Assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, and training planning.
• Strong understanding of change management frameworks and structured delivery environments (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience supporting go-live preparation, hypercare, and BAU transition.
• Experience delivering change within customer-facing, operational or digitally enabled business environments.
• Experience assessing and managing change impacts across end-to-end business processes and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Programme & Project Change Planning: Develop and manage integrated change plans aligned to milestones and readiness.
• Conduct change impact assessments covering processes, technology, roles, and operating models.
• Translate outcomes into practical change activity for impacted teams.
• Assess impact on customer, colleague and operational experiences to ensure adoption.
• Identify and mitigate change-related risks and resistance throughout delivery.
• Business Readiness, Deployment & Adoption: Contribute to readiness for releases, deployments and rollouts.
• Support go-live, transition planning and hypercare for smooth BAU transition.
• Define and track change readiness, adoption and engagement measures using data insights.
• Establish change networks to accelerate adoption and gather feedback.
• Capture lessons learned to support portfolio learning.
