Trócaire, an international NGO in Ireland, seeks an Enterprise Systems professional to manage Salesforce and Unit4, design system improvements, and lead projects.
You will provide day-to-day support, train users, and liaise with suppliers to ensure security and performance. Hybrid work is available; salary range €35,000–€40,000 with benefits and a closing date of 5th August 2026.

To take on other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Enterprise Systems.
Education: IT qualification or equivalent hands‑on experience.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT Services or IT Support role, experience in Salesforce (administration, configuration or development) or Unit4 Business World (Agresso); experience with both platforms is highly desirable. Experience in providing IT Service Delivery using the ITIL framework and experience with software applications, particularly in an NGO or non‑profit environment, is highly desirable.
