PwC Ireland seeks an experienced Manager for its Digital Risk and Resilience team. You will lead and deliver a broad portfolio across financial services, aviation, energy, and more, advising on embedding risk management and improving resilience.

You will mentor teams, grow client relationships, and contribute to proposals while helping organisations comply with DORA and related regulations. This role blends leadership with deep technical risk expertise.

Competenze

• 3–5 years’ experience in digital risk, operational resilience, cybersecurity, or related fields in a professional services firm or large industry setting.
• Deep knowledge of operational resilience frameworks and regulatory landscape including DORA, NIS2.
• Hands-on service mapping and dependency mapping; testing against impact tolerances.
• Experience designing and facilitating scenario tests and crisis simulations with executive participants.
• Proven track record in ICT governance, third‑party risk, cyber incident management, and control testing.

• Advise clients on embedding digital, cyber and third‑party risk management into governance and risk frameworks.
• Lead engagements designing and improving clients’ operational and digital resilience.
• Map people, processes, technology, data and third parties underpinning key functions; identify failures and remediation gaps.
• Design and run severe‑but‑plausible scenario testing from desktop to live simulations (cyber, third‑party, cloud outages).
• Support crisis simulation for senior stakeholders; chair exercises and lead debriefs and action tracking.
• Support ICT third‑party risk management from due diligence to ongoing monitoring.
• Help clients build DORA registers and prepare for regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate internal audit reviews focused on technology and collaborate with other teams.
• Develop junior team members and support business development through proposals and thought leadership.
