We ensure our clients can thrive even in a complex operating environment.
Knowledge of the financial services industry. Cross financial sector experience is an advantage; Understanding of relevant key Risk & Regulatory issues; Demonstrate ability to develop proactive and constructive recommendations; Proficiency in operational processes and systems, with an appreciation of the concept of controls and risk management in a regulatory environment; Ability to understand/interpret new and existing regulatory requirements; Effective communication and report writing skills; Strong time management and organisational skills; Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team; Quick to take and understand a brief; Ability to deal with ambiguity and autonomy (think on one’s feet).
